EC-SIM-EV & EC-SIM-EVSE - Features & Benefits

  • EC-SIM-EV simulates the behavior of an EV with regard to charging communication with an EVSE without having to use a real EVs.
  • EC-SIM-EVSE simulates the behavior of an EVSE with regard to charging communication with an EV without having to use a real EVSE.
  • Both EC-SIM-EV & EC-SIM-EVSE support DIN 70121 and ISO 15118 standards for charging communications. This applies to both low-level communication with PWM and to PLC power line communication.

EC-SIM4EMC-EV & EC-SIM4EMC-EVSE - Features & Benefits

  • EC-SIM-SIM4EMC-EV simulates the behavior of an EV in EMC labs with regard to charging communication with an EVSE without having to use a real EVs.
  • EC-SIM4EMC-EVSE simulates the behavior of an EVSE in EMC labs with regard to charging communication with an EV without having to use a real EVSE.
  • Both simulators support DIN 70121 and ISO 15118 standards for charging communications. This applies to both low-level communication with PWM and to PLC power line communication.
  • The electronics of both simulators support additional electrical isolation and have one BNC connection and 4 banana sockets for PP (Proximity Pilot) signal, PE (Protected Earth), CP (Control Pilot) for PWM signal, + PLC signal and – PLC signal.

Charging Test Systems - Features & Benefits

Hardware in the Loop (HIL) as well as Software in the Loop (SIL) solutions are provided

  • EC-CHARGE-TEST is a HIL test solution for charging points with respect to DIN 70121 and ISO 15118 compliant signal transmission. It is connected to the SUT(System Under Test) via the connections CP, PE and PP, which are standardized for charging communication. The SUT is either a charging point or an electric vehicle.
  • The SIL software provides the environment for the integration of the DIN 70121 and ISO 15118 compliant signal transmission tests. The test packages are integrated into the SIL software environment and cover the V2G test cases from the test standards DIN 70122 and ISO 15118-4/-5.
